My dearest Miss F, When I saw you at [Hawarden?] I did not expect that I should

be happy so soon. Many thanks for your letter, wh came as an extra drop of happiness in my life ocean. I have spoken to Frances a good deal about you and she fully appreciate that you are one of the family, and are going to be her relation as well as mine. She is going to enclose you a note in this letter. It is a heavenly day, I wish you were here to sketch it. How long are you going to be at Whit. I shall see you when I return to town?
