Scope and Content

My dear Mr Faithfull, I find it impossible to be with you then away & hardly possible to greet you at St Albans, even tomorrow. But as I have been & talked with our friend Pym, who will be with you. I feel my absence of little matter. I have seen the address & have suggested one or two slight changes, which I think, are improvements, though there is only one which I feel of decided importance.
