With copies of correspondence with Mrs Pethick Lawrence of Women's Social & Political Union (WSPU). Offer of box for Albert Hall demonstration on 28 May refused as wish to dissociate themselves from WSPU and keep distinct from 'Militant' Societies. Fear demonstration will be unconstitutional or at least anti-government.
