Circular letter from Miss Phillips

Encloses list of nominations for Committee of Eleven to be formed to discuss Miss Gardner's Scheme for reorganisation. According to Resolution passed by Council Meeting, present Executive must be represented on Committee and representation should as far as possible cover all parts of the country. Society or other body represented by each nominee therefore shown as well as Society's making nomination. Each Society allowed one vote for each of 11 members. Later vacancies will be filled by members coming next on list in number of votes cast.
