Scope and Content

Apologises for previous letter: 'it was foolish of me to write'. Wanted to have a talk about 'kind letter received yesterday'. Interested in Miss Black's Declaration Scheme and regrets that it is not doing well. Not sure she can do anything to help 'except in a very local way'. Would like to know when she can have a talk. Glad to go to Higham Park and 'extremely obliged to you for the kind things you say in your letter'.
