Reported to Committee Miss Urlin's offer of drawing of Emily Davies; accepted by acclamation, most gratefully. Constitution just passed and 'this treasure' is 'a delightful send off- to the N.U. in its new form'. Hope later to add to the collection and present it to some suitable institution as a 'memorial of the great fight and victory'.
