Ms notebook, containing lecture notes, written by Marjorie Eileen Johnson, during her time training to become a midwife (February 1937), covering the following topics: germs and infections, the organs of the pelvis, the foetal skull, pregnancy, labour, multiple pregnancy, breech or pelvic presentations, pregnancy complications, abnormal labour, child management, breastfeeding, artificial feeding, care for premature infants, venereal diseases and drugs, including an index at the back of the volume.
