Scope and Content

The letters concern Paul Nash's election as a Member of the Council of the Institute, an invite to lecture at the Reading Art Club, his ommission from a list of Official War Artists, the temporary misplacement of Paul Nash's designs sent to the Cotton Board to be exhibited at Manchester and a list of the designs including 'Birdcage', 'Arabesque' and 'Pyramid', and the Tennyson lunch in January 1942.
