Scope and Content

Letters concern Wilenski's wish to reproduce paintings by Paul Nash in the latest edition of his book 'The Modern Movement in Art' (Faber & Faber, 1st ed. 1927); his recommendation of the Victoria and Albert Museum to house Margaret's collection of Paul Nash photographs; Margaret's enquiries into Faber & Faber publishing a volume of reproductions of Nash paintings (with a forward by Wilenski) following the discontinuation of those by Penguin and Lund Humphries; and Wilenski's suggestion of Margaret approaching John Rothenstein for his connections with the Phaidon Press and their series of books on English Painters.
