The letters concern the identification, owners and title of a Paul Nash work 'Aylesbury Plain' or 'The Garden, 1929'; the gift to Margaret of films and plates of photographs of Paul Nash works taken by Photo Studios on behalf of Tooth's, for Margaret to donate to the Courtauld Institute; negatives for 'Monster Field'and 'Mansions of the Dead'; and the sale of 'Icknield Way' and 'Sunset Eye'. The letter to Richard Smart concerns the sale and whereabouts of his Paul Nash collection and Margaret's financial situation.
