Philpot in which Mr. Hawkins informs Mr. Philpot that the General Medical Council has taken the opinion of Counsel on the claim of Mr. Thomas and is advised that the examination in Homoeopathic Medicine which forms the ground of Mr. Thomas's claim is not a regular examination within the meaning of the Act.
