LETTER

Francis Hawkins, Registrar, Medical Registration Office, 32 Soho Square, London, W. to Henry Thomas esq., stating that he is sorry to inform him that the Branch Medical Council for England were of the opinion that sufficient reason had not been shown for ordering the registration of his diploma of M.D. of the Homoeopathic College of Pennsylvania and therefore returns his testimonials. He has received the letter from Dr. Hempel but that a formal return to the enquiry respecting his degree had previously been received from the college at Philadelphia and submitted to the Branch Council.
