Thomas Griffiths, Elder Bank, Cleveland, Cheetham Hill, Manchester to [Messrs. Geo. Haswell & Son], stating that he was obliged by his favour of the 12 inst., and that having considered its purport he had forwarded it to Mr. Fulwar Pryse recommending he accept the arrangement and that the bills of the tradesmen in Chester introduced to Mr. Pryse by Dr. Thomas must be honourably settled. He regrets the trouble caused by this much bungled affair has given, and concludes by stating that no letters of administration were taken out; Mr. Fulwar Pryse takes to his brother's effects with the consent of all the relatives.
