R. E. Dudgeon Gloucester Place to [Dr. Thomas] in which Mr. Dudgeon states that in his opinion it would be premature to take any kind of legal action until the Council had rejected his registration and that he thinks the Council must register him willy nilly and that at the present time his case is not ripe for calling before the Association but when it is he may send them the documents and he will call the committee.
