Thomas Roberts, Chester, to Dr. Thomas, White Friars, stating that he has received Dr. Thomas's note and enclosure and will proceed to prepare the notices at once. He also asks for the case with the opinion of Mr. Atherton on it if he has it, so that he may read it as instructions for the justice. If he does not receive it within the coming few days he will assume that Mr. Philpot has it.
