Mr. F. S. Pryse, West Grove, Brooklands, Manchester, to Messrs. Geo. Haswell & Son, Chester, accepting the statement of account in the matter between his late brother Mr. A. S. Pryse and Dr. H. Thomas as now finally adjusted and agreed to between Messrs Haswell and his arbitrator Mr. Thomas Griffiths of Manchester and asks them to pay the sum of £16.7.0d. to Dr. Thomas.
