J. M. Davidson on headed notepaper of Francis Warr Homeopathic Chemist, 90 Upper Street, Islington (Between the Green and Theberton Street N.) to Dr. Thomas, informing him that he had presented £2 which could not be accepted, the council havung first decided, and that he had not presented the certificate because he thought that they had enough proof without it, but in case it may be wanted he suggests retaining it. He advises Dr. Thomas to write to the registrar and ask him what he is to do in the event of having to appear at the court. He also states that the County Court case could not come off the court being so pressed with other cases. The defendant also objected to the jury and swore he had no due notice that a jury would be empanelled. So it is to be the 17th.
