R. E. Dudgeon, 82 Gloucester Place, to [Dr. Thomas] advising [Dr. Thomas] that he does not think that the time has yet arrived for the Association to move in his case and states that Mr. Lush advises that besides tendering his registration fee again he should serve a written demand on each member of the Branch Council for England and also on the Registrar. If all that fails he would be prepared to call on his committe to assist him in further legal proceedings.
