Scope and Content

To Harry Ridgway, news of de Guingand who has broken his arm, and has brought him Harry’s letter. Says he witnessed aftermath of a recent battle and saw a lot of destroyed German tanks and Italian guns. Auchinleck suggested he might come back to North Africa.
