Scope and Content

It was finally conveyed to William Lewis Hughes of Kinmel Park by Edward Meredith, son and surviving heir of Thomas Meredith of Celliniog Goch (Edward Meredith had for some time been a carpenter at Caernarvon), for a consideration of £915, of which £415 went to Meredith himself, and £500 to a Lewis Owen of Caernarvon to redeem a mortgage.
