Scope and Content

Detailed map of the premises with helpful marginal notes written in pencil. With this is a further lease (7 January 1899) for 31 years, to commence on 25 December 1897, granted by Lady Neave to Thomas Fanning Evans, the younger (the elder had died in 1890) and William Fanning, solicitor of Amlwch. A third document contains a notice from the receiver for the debenture holders under the Midland Trust Limited, and in pursuance of certain provisoes in the leases of 1885 and 1899, to avoid and determine the latter on 25 December 1922.
