Agreement and undertaking between Richard Parry the elder, of Warfield, co.Berks, and Richard Parry the younger, son and heir, of the parish of St. George, Hanover Square and the Rev. Edward Hughes of Kinmel Park, for a sale to the latter of certain freehold estates lying in the several parishes of Abergele and Saint George, co. Denbigh; there was also a somewhat complicated undertaking to procure the execution of a deed of release and appointment in which a certain Charles Goodwin of Farndon in Cheshire was an interested party.
