Includes several covenants regarding good husbandry, tenantable repair, etc. On the dorse of the original lease (in addition to a separate doct.) is a surrender to Gertrude Lady Dinorben (13 February 1857) by John Jones, son and devisee of the will of Hugh Jones of the lease granted in 1788 "in consideration of the sum of £52 per annum to be paid to me as long as I live by even quarterly payments by Lady Dinorben her heirs and assigns". J. Jones was then 75 years old. Hugh Jones the father died in 1810 (see will annexed, proved at Bangor, 4 June, 1810)
