These proposals are lucidly explained, and illustrated by a six-inch Ordnance Map. The agreement was signed by Owen Jones, Chairman of the Parish Council, the rector of Llaneilian (Rev. John James Ellis) and other members in the presence of the Rev. Richard Matthews of Penysarn.
