Conveyance with map and schedule of the lands, by Henry Webster, proprietor of the Amlwch Vitriol Works, and his mortgagees, of the farm of Derry Issa in the parish of Llandyfrydog to Gertrude, Lady Dinorben.

There is also a declaration by Catherine Webster, a spinster aunt of Henry's, regarding the identity of James Webster and his sons, of whom Henry was the eldest.

James Webster's wife was Elizabeth Anne Palmer (d.1806), the sons being Henry, James, George Palmer, John and Joshua.
