between John Price of Cadnant and the Rev. Richard Prichard of Dinam for an exchange of two parcels of land (according to a coloured map in illustration); J.P. also surrenders a certain quit-rent issuing to him out of R.P.'s farm called Cae Sclater [it must be remembered that R.P.'s parcel to be exchanged was 2 acres, 1 rood, and 30 perches, while J.P.'s original parcel was only 1 acre, 3 roods and 6 perches]. Arrangements were also made for the conveying of water across each others lands from a certain well, time specified for making the pipe or drain, sharing of costs, etc.
