Scope and Content

Catherine's first husband was Griffith Lloyd of Aber-erch in the hands of two gentlemen to be held in trust for his wife and daughter Mary, who after due payment of debts and legacies, were to divide the rents and issues between them, share and share alike; Bennet and Catherine now surrender all claims to the messuage for a consideration of £16, to Rice Vaughan and Mary.
