Richard Prichard of Dinam and Robert Edwards of Oswestry, wine merchant; lease for 15 years, beginning 1 March 1837, to R.E. upon a piece of land called Park in the parish of Llanfihangel [Ysceifiog] to drive, raise, and get coal and slack, R.P. to get sixpence out of every 12/- worth of coal produced.
