Scope and Content

Portion, £60; lands especially referred for questions of jointure and succession of heirs were Llawr y Dre , Tyddyn y Llan, and Tyddyn y Mynydd. The feofees were Hugh Lloyd of Marian Heilin, Thomas Michael of Maen-y-Driw, and Richard Bulkeley of Glan-y-gors. There was an array of witnesses who all wrote an excellent hand - Owen Davies, rector of Llangeinwen; Richard Hughes, Rector of Llaneugrad; William Price of Bodavon; Owen Davies of Tre Castell; Robert Williams of Eirianell; Owen Roberts of Beaumaris.
