Marriage-portion, £4,900, made up of four thousand 3 per cent Bank annuities; feofees, Owen Meyrick of Rhyd-y-defaid [possibly the same as Capt. Owen Meyrick of Trefri, Pedigrees, 127] and the Rev. Hugh Wynne Jones of Treiorwertg; lands enfeoffed for settlement and jointure included all the messuages usually associated with the Neuadd Estate - Towyn, Neuadd, Cwm, Glan-yr-afon, Maes y Wrach (i.e., the Llandrygarn, Bodedern, and Llanfihangel-yn-Nhowyn components).
