He secures an exchange of lands with Owen Wynn of Eirianell, great-grandfather of Elin, by which O.W. demises Maes Howell ap Hwfa with the moor and turbary adjoining to W.B. in return for certain parcels of land near Tre'rddol now intermingled with Wynn's lands.
