by Anne Trevor, Viscountess Dungannon, to Owen Bold of Tre'rddol, upon Rhyd-y-defaid, Tyddyn Trevor, Rhyd Greadog, Ty Bach, Clwch and Carrog - parishes of Llandrygarn, Llechgynfarwy, and Llangristiolus. Consideration, £300.
Anne Trevor was really Anne Lewis, sole heiress of the old Presaddfed inheritance, and married to the romantic Sir Mark Trevor, first Viscount Dungannon. (Pedigrees, 95, 254). It is pretty certain these debts of Anne's spendthrift son, the second Viscount (he is the Dungannon on the dorse of this document), and because most of these properties, especially Rhyd-y-defaid, figure among the later Bodorgan possessions - Owen Bold's inheritance passed to William Meyrick who had married Jane, sister of O.B.
