Correspondence with Newton Wesley Rowell (1867-1941), politician, relating to discussion of political relations with the dominions, the Washington [disarmament] conference, and the Anglo-Japanese treaty, and the provision by Rowell to Scott of a copy of observations made by him on the subject in the Canadian House of Commons. Also included is discussion of a book by Rowell, [The British Empire and World Peace], a copy of which is provided to Scott.
