Correspondence with Henry [Philip Bernard] Baerlein (1875-1960), author, relating to an offer of articles on the political situation and commercial possibilities in Mexico, to be written during a visit to the country, which is accepted. There are internal memoranda discussing the articles, and payments for contributions.

There is also correspondence relating to discussion of proposed subjects for articles for the Manchester Guardian written by Baerlein on a visit to Tunis.
