Recites no. 6; that Thomas Vaughan and Dorothy Lloyd, late wife and executrix of David Lloyd (party 2 in no. 6) are threatened to be sued for the debts of Edward Jones (party 1 in no. 6) for which D.L. and T.V. stand bound as sureties for E.J; that D.L. and T.V., for their indemnification from the debts, have borrowed from 2 the sum of £256 to pay the debts.
