Lease for 21 years (by way of Articles of Agreement indented) of tmt and lands called Tysunucha, lying above the lane from Saith Ffynnon to Whitford Church, and all other lands of 1 in t. Treedenowen [p. Whitford], co. Flint, for the purpose of mining lead and copper ore. 2 Are to pay 1 25s. for every ton of ore mined and merchantably washed and dressed.
