1 Sir John Morgan, bart. 2 Peter Pennant of Tyddinycha, co. Flint, esq. Deputation of 2 to preserve the Game within [ ] miles about the city of Chester, to have full power to hawk, hunt, fish, and fowl, provided it be done in moderation, and to seize dogs, nets, guns, etc., from such persons not legally qualified to keep them. Recites that the Rt Hon. John Lore Lovelace, Baron of Hurley, Chief Justice of the Royal Forests on the south side of the River Trent, had granted to 1 to hawk, hunt, fish, and fowl at all seasonable times, in all places on the south side of the Trent. Damaged.
