Grant of m's and lands in Hawerden, Moldesdale, Hopedale, or elsewhere in co. Flint, to the use of 1 for life, with remainders successively to Randulph Sneyd son of 1, Richard Sneyd son of Ralph, and his heirs male, William Sneyd, bastard son of William Sneyd, dec., son of 1 and his heirs male, Sir William Sneyde, kt, of Bradwall, Staffordshire, and his heirs male, Thomas Massy of the city of Chester, esq., and his heirs male, Margaret Sneyd, daughter of the above Randulph Sneyd and her heirs. Appoints Richard Strete of Yowlowe, co. Flint, yeoman, and William Howell of city of Chester, yeoman, his attorneys to perfect a livery of seisin.
