Gift of 4 parcels of land, the first in which there is a house founded ('in qua domus quaedam fundatur') lying in breadth between the lands of Rys ap Ho'll Swyer and lands of Gruff' ap Edward ap Morgan and in length from a public way ('in montibus') to the lands of Gruff' ap Edward ap Morgan; the second lying in length from the lands of G. ap E. ap M. to the lands of St Marie and from thence to the recently enclosed lands of John ap Ho'll ap Pell'; the third in Kwetkie y Finnon Loyd, lying in length between the lands of St Marie and the public way to Holywell and in breadth upon the lands of Richard ap Ho'll Swyer; the fourth is 1/2 a. at a place called Y Finnonnie Kuon and lying in length from the limits of two vills called Tevyn Doydree to the lands of 1, and in breadth from the lands of 1 to the lands of John ap Ho'll ap Pell, in t.
