Lease for 21 years (by way of Articles of Agreement indented) of a field called Dol Plumb (1 a.) and the stream by the side of the field; for the building of one or more smelting mills, in t. Bighton, p. Whitford, co. Flint. Annual rent: 40s. for the 1st year and £5 for the residue of years. 2 Covenants to buy from 1 all coal which he may need; 1 covenants to lease to 2 the house adjoining the property if 2 needs more land, to allow 2 to get stone from 1's quarry near Lletty Gonest, using 1's teams to carry the stone, to have lead and ore for the works at reasonable rates, to furnish 2's workmen with a house called Banck Hall to live in near the demised property for 5 or 6 months after the signing of lease.
