Numerous bequests to relatives and others, including Margaret and Agnes, dau's of his sister, Margaret Salysbre, D'd Pennant, John Wyn ap John, Margret and Katryn, dau's of D'd Pennant, Sir Hugh ap Daye, clerk, Sir George Robertson, John Thomas, the residue going to his wife, Elyn and Nicholas Pennant. Wills that his body be buried in the church of Holywell, that two trentals be sung for his soul and all christian souls. Appoints his wife, Elyn, and Nicholas Pennant his executors. Seal.
