Scope and Content

Includes an unmarked script for ‘Carnival’ (BBC Radio Overseas, 1963); as well as typescript for a pilot television episode of ‘The Bobby Limb Show’ by Hugh Stuckey and Jack Brown (undated) bound into a photocopy of the same; seven scripts and assorted partial scripts – one annotated by Howerd – for the television series ‘Ooohhh Canada’ (broadcast as ‘The Frankie Howerd Show’) by Bill Lynn and Jerry O'Flanaghan (CTV, 1976); multiple copies of five episodes of the animated ‘Just So Stories’ adapted by Ruth Boswell, where Frankie Howerd was the narrator (Thames TV, 1979); and four copies of the play script ‘The Wind in the Sassafras Trees’ by Galton & Simpson – one annotated by Howerd (c.1968).
