Johannes Platearius, Practica.
Fol 1-47 'Amicum induit qui iustis amicorum ... in ultimo die iouis lune decrescentis.' Dated to first half of thirteenth century by Ker (see bibliography).
Noted on fol. 1 in fifteenth century hand: 'Incipit liber de medicina fratris georgii fraunceys'. Also noted (in nineteenth century hand?) 'Phillipps MS 15748'.
