Hopes Venn and Jim safely home. Keynes has married Russian ballet dancer. French trying to escape obligations since war. Isabel enjoyed trip with Venn and Jim; Kate glad to see them. Encloses copy of letter to Trenton scholars [MS Gen 1614/51]. New Finance Minister Volpi very able. Italians have put memorial plate in house Milton lived in in Vallombrosa.
