- 1 item Vellum. 111 folios, with f.3 cut and partially missing. 22 x 16.5 cm (written surface 12.5 x 9 cm). Text is written in one column of 21 lines, except for ff.1, 110, 111 written in 34 lines. Text is in bolorgir, with a miniature initial at the beginning of each rite portraying clergy in the act of performing the rite, in the style of 14th-century Italian work. Binding is modern, in green leather.
