    • 1 item Glazed paper, yellowed. 310 folios. 24 x 16 cm (written surface 16.5 x 10 cm). Text in double columns of 21 lines. Text is written in ekat'agir, in archaic orthography. Folios 94 and 101 are of later paper, written in a modern hand imitating the old. Bound in stamped leather with flap.

Scope and Content

An Armenian manuscript containing:. f.3v Letter to Eusebius (the last part of this letter is missing due to the loss of a folio). ff.4r-7v Canon Tables. ff.8r-91v Gospel of Matthew. ff.92r-145r Gospel of Mark. ff.145v-146v Colophons and a note on the genealogies taken from Eusebius. ff.147r-239v Gospel of Luke. ff.240r-310r Gospel of John. f.310v Colophon. Decorations comprise arcades for the Canon Tables and headpieces for the first folio of each Gospel, in red and green inks.
