    • 1 item 251 ff. Bluish very fine paper. 249 leaves, excluding the title page and 2 blank flyleaves at the end. 14 x 9 cm (written surface 10 x 5 cm). 18 lines. Text in small notrgir in black ink. Binding is contemporary to the manuscript, dark green morocco covers over boards, with double filet top and lower sides, the insides of the covers are lined with ivory-coloured paper with rose patterns, the spine has 5 compartments with gilt cornucopia cornerpieces, the corner bands are made of white and blue threads.

Scope and Content

An Armenian manuscript containing:. Holy Communion, written in Armeno-Turkish. The Armenian language is used only in some initial title wording. The work begins on f. 1r with the text:. Surp Hağorduta (?) bir ayleg tebarik ve teşekkür duaları. Hovhannes Mkrdiç Pakani nam kahanaynın İtalyan lisanında Amenasurp Hağordut horhurduna çermevant can şöhretiyle teelifden: fakat tebarik ve teşekkür duaları ihraç olunmuştur. ff 248r-249v Index listing the 31 chapters. Copied in Istanbul in 1854.
