suffered by Thomas Prowse and Elizabeth his wife tenants in tail against Robert Moxon, Gent., demandant of fifteen twenty fourth parts of the parks of Grafton and Potterspury otherwise Pottersperry and fifteen twenty fourth parts of 8 messuages, 8 gardens, 600 acres of land, 30 acres of meadow, 200 acres of pasture, 30 acres of wood, and 400 acres of heath and wood together with common of pasture in the parishes of Grafton otherwise Kings Grafton, Potterspury otherwise Pottersperry, Paulersperry, Aldrington and Yarley Gobion (co. Northampton) and fifteen twenty fourth parts of all tithes issuing out of Grafton otherwise Kings Grafton.
