Robert St. Hill junior merchant and Mary his wife, deforciants, when the deforciants acknowledged the parks of Grafton and Pottersbury alias Pottersperry and two messuages, two gardens 500 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 200 acres of pasture, 120 acres of woodland, 300 acres of heath and bruery in Grafton, Pottersperry, Pawlespury, Aldrington and Yardley Gobion (co. Northampton) to be the right of the plaintiffs.
