Counterpart lease of 21 years of a messuage or tenement and water grist mill (undershot) called Mount Mill, a toft or plot of ground called the Mill Home, a parcel of meadow ground called the mill Peice lying in Mount Meadow and other parcels of land in the occupation of no. 2 all in the parish of Wicken, co. Northampton.

Rent: £14 p.a.

Memorandum It is agreed by the partyes to these presents (before sealing thereof) that the seaverall utensils and things hereaftre menciond doe belong to the Earle of Sunderland being now in the mill: and are to be left by the said Robert Ashby at the end and expiration of this lease for the use of the said Earle in as good order and condicion as the same are now in viz: one pair of black stones at the skirt; one pair of white stones at the skirts; one cable rope; one barr of Iron: one dozen of mill bills; one Iron sledge.
